One maintenance guy when he had to work outside Rarely as Lawn & Such we contracted out. I supplied him with Tea. But that was request past me. I asked if the LL could become the Backyard people to practise Their Job! By the fourth dimension I moved into this apt the Wood were the With of the Riding Lawn Mower from the Patio. Then the Maintenance Guy took fourth dimension to clear the forest so my dogs could go out back. He also picked the Hottest Summertime Day! That Christmas I got him a Souvenir Card to where him & his wife liked to swallow out. Simply this was the exception since it was Not His job! |

Where I am, a maintenance guy is earning $25-$35 an hr, with a two 60 minutes minimum. If it is a plumber, he is earning more than that. Seriously, tipping is not necessary. The maintenance guy is not a waitress earning $ii an hour and depending on her tips to feed her kids. |

No, tipping isn't usual or expected for that type of service. If you lot rented from a individual landlord and something broke and he/she came to set up it, you wouldn't tip him/her, either. That was nice of you lot, though. I believe where I am, they aren't allowed to accept tips if they were offered. |

I would tell you to go back and read the posts again and indicate out where exactly the OP was nasty, simply considering your lack of reading comprehension, that would only be an exercise in futility. |

Not sure what you are reading but I didn't run into annihilation snarky whatsoever from the OP. All I see is that the OP was responding to your snarky annotate. And to the OP, I personally would never tip a repair person who is already getting paid pretty well for their services. It is not like their wages are set up so low as to depend on tips like a wait person'southward wages are. But then again, $5 is nothing to worry about either fashion. |
